I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOUTH IN ARTS and its directors, officers and employees, and any participating community organization from and against any and all liability for any injury which may be suffered by me, or any member of my family, arising out of, or in any way connected with, my participation in the YOUTH IN ARTS Italian Street Painting Festival.
