Youth in Arts artists are of all ages, from the toddlers who create their first street painting on Children’s Avenue to the experienced artists who are recognized internationally for their incredible talents. This unique artform provides the artists an opportunity to share the process with thousands of festival visitors and provides the audience the opportunity to see visual art created from the first mark on the asphalt to the final stroke of color.
